Terms and Conditions

The Promotion begins and closes at the dates stated on the Entry Form. Entries received after the closing date and time will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, receipt number and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

To enter the Promotion, entrants must enter their details on the Entry Form at lifeliketouring.com or where the promotion is hosted (e.g. Facebook, Instagram or Twitter) . Customers are permitted one entry per Promotion. Winners names are selected from the entries made during the Promotion.

Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unused portion of the prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and nonredeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash.

Entrants agree that the Promoter may use the personal information in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or loss of earnings) or personal injury suffered or sustained arising from or in connection with the Promotion, any omission to enter a person into the draw, acceptance of the prize or the prize itself, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter accepts no responsibility in the event that shows are cancelled or rescheduled or for any change in the value of the prize for any reason.
