Gabby’s Dollhouse Live! Ticket Giveaway — Official Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Gabby’s Dollhouse Live! Ticket Giveaway (“Promotion”), you agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects.

1. Sponsor

The Promotion is sponsored by GC Live LLC d/b/a Terrapin Station Entertainment (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Quebec and where prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on the date and time the social media post is published and ends on Sunday, December 28, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. PST (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Like the promotional post;

• Comment on the post with the tour date they wish to attend; and

• Follow @gabbysdollhouselive on the platform where the post was made.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• Four (4) tickets to a Gabby’s Dollhouse Live! Fall 2025 Tour show of their choice (subject to availability); and

• A VIP experience for the winner and guests (details to be determined by Sponsor).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $400 USD. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize is non-transferable. Winner is responsible for all expenses not expressly included in the prize, including travel to/from the event.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform used for entry after the Promotion ends.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Publicity

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor and its agents the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries; (ii) any technical failures of any kind; or (iii) any injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the prize.

9. Release

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., DreamWorks Animation, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. Not Sponsored by Meta or Gabby’s Dollhouse

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or Gabby’s Dollhouse. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Sponsor.
