Please Note: All ticket holders – both children & adults – must purchase a VIP ticket to attend the VIP Meet & Greet and sit together in the VIP section down the front of the venue. Children may not be left alone to sit in the VIP section of the venue.
Please Note that the VIP Meet & Greet is with the Gabby costume character/mascot, not the actor from the hit series, or the actor performing in the live stage show.
Venue staff will advise where the post-show VIP Meet & Greet will happen on the day at each venue. Please check before the show begins, to be sure. VIP Package inclusions will be collected from an assigned location in the venue foyer, prior to the show.
Most ticketing systems will automatically give you the best seat(s) available with the VIP Package at your time of search. Purchasers will usually be able to view their assigned seat prior to completing the order. Please be sure to double check that everyone in your group has a VIP ticket if they plan on attending the VIP Meet & Greet.
All ticket holders are required to purchase a VIP Ticket in order to attend the VIP Meet & Greet, and to sit together for the show. Some venues have an age policy where babies and small toddlers do not require a ticket. You can typically find the age policy via the “more information” button on the ticketing page. You may also refer to the venue’s website for details regarding your specific event if it is not on the ticketing page.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any orders over the phone and therefore all VIP Ticket packages must be purchased online.
Most venues offer accessible seating areas to accommodate their guests. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue’s policies and/or the type of event taking place. If you would like to inquire about accessible seating as part of a VIP Ticket, please reach out to the venue’s ticket office and/or ticket provider to discuss the available options.
Yes! Please bring a standard point-and-shoot camera or camera phones for the VIP Meet & Greet photo. All are acceptable, however, cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted.
